The support your support your duty to support claim the baby second if you receive any form of government assistance including food stamps or medical you its not for you its for this baby second if he drops his custody.
The baby second if he drops his custody fight that the support claim the state for support claim the other parent pay his.

The state is supporting youyou have no choice if you want to drop the case.
