Norwalk
whitechocoloco asked:

I’m a minor, signed a contract 2 months ago but it is a month-to-month membership. The credit card holder is my aunt because I dont’ have a bank account. After that, I found out the gym was so nasty and unhygienic so I want to cancel it. I also sent a written notice to the head company in Norwalk CA. Do I need to talk to the worker in Bally Fitness about this cancellation or should i wait for the response from the head company?

Any addition fee will be charged due to this cancellation or how long does it take to cancel? I heard that Bally is good at lying and taking money from people’s account even though their memberships are already cancelled.
Just need some advice.

The payments for the contract states you have to court get someone to make the year or month contract you canceled because the contract states you signed even if you canceled the contract states you signed it you can take pictures of.
